As a Mobile notary, public scheduling flexibility is an additional reason we travel to you. We can arrive during their normal or after business hours. We also offer extended hours, which are beneficial for people who cannot get away from their jobs to travel to a notary public office.

Notary Publics play an important role when executing a power of attorney. A notary public’s job when notarizing a power of attorney is centered around the acknowledgment, which is attached to the POA. General Power of Attorney. Durable Power of Attorney and Healthcare or Medical Power of Attorney.
For an affidavit to be valid, it must be notarized. Since a notary is swearing that it is your signature on the affidavit, the document must be signed in front of a notary. If the notary does not know you, he or she will ask to see your identification.
A Notary Signing Agent is a Notary who is specially trained to handle and notarize loan documents. For lenders, Notary Signing Agents are the critical final link to complete the loan. A Notary Signing Agent is hired as an independent contractor to ensure that real estate loan documents are executed by the borrower, notarized, and returned for processing on time. Completing this critical part of the loan process enables the loan to be funded.
When a notary public is asked to travel to a hospital, nursing home, or rehabilitation facility, this is referred to as hospital notary work. It is a type of mobile notary work that can be very rewarding to do to help people in their time of need.
It can be challenging to get a document notarized for an inmate signer. A customer might ask us to notarize a signature outside the presence of an incarcerated signer or request that you waive normal identification requirements because the inmate lacks access to a proper I.D. Always remember that as a Notary, we have a responsibility to follow your state’s Notary laws.
Apostilles and authentication certificates validate the seal and signature of a Notary on a document so that it can be accepted in a foreign country. Both verify that you had a Notary public notarize the document properly.
A Living Trust is a legal document that outlines who you’d like to receive your property after your death and who should manage that property. You place property into the Trust and manage it yourself while you are alive – just as you do now. When you die, the person you’ve chosen will start managing the property according to the strict directions you’ve outlined in the Trust.

Apostille and Authentication Services. Hauge and None-Hague Countries.
What is an Apostille service, and why is it needed?
WHY AND WHEN DO YOU NEED AN APOSTILLE? An apostille is a certificate used to verify the authenticity of the signatures and seals of officials on legal documents such as birth, death, marriage certificates, etc., for international use. In simple words, an apostille verifies the origin of the document.
What is a Fingerprint FBI Apostille submission?
An FBI Fingerprint Apostille is simply an extra layer of certification on a regular FBI background check. Typically, individuals will need an apostille when traveling outside of the U.S. for an extended period of time. Other reasons may apply as well. Authentications are specific for China and Taiwan as well and include an even higher level of certification by the FBI.
Apostille services generally take 4 to 6 weeks to complete, depending on the details of your request. However, we offer expedited rush services; ask us about this service when you call.
What is the purpose of apostille?
Foreign governments use both apostilles and certifications to assess the authenticity of an official signature on a document; the capacity in which the person signing the document acted; and the identity of any stamp or seal affixed to the document.
Because many government organizations (i.e., the Department of Immigration, etc.) require physical copies of your fingerprints, our center offer the ability to digitally collect an applicant’s fingerprint images and then print them onto a standard fingerprint card (FD-258) or Ink and roll cards for you.
